San Mateo Primary Care offers care for addressing Women’s Health issues based on current medical guidelines. We recommend periodic well woman exam for our women patients.

A periodic well woman exam for women of all ages is not just about good medical care, but it also gives you the opportunity to learn more about beneficial health habits, counseling and community support services. The well women exam covers the health history, physical exam including a breast exam, pelvic exam, pap-smear (based on your age), and an assessment for other health problems.
