This is a highly competitive, unpaid student Internship/Rotation and Shadowing opportunity in Internal Medicine (includes women’s health, geriatrics, chronic disease management etc ) and Lifestyle Medicine in a private practice setting which allows for continuity and authentic interactions with the patient population. Along with clinical learning, our student interns will also gain office management, professional and patient communication experience and hands on learning behind the scenes as well as at the forefront of our award winning and highly sought after physician practices in the Bay Area. Individual curriculum can be personalized based on your area of interest. There is a formal evaluation at the end of 8 weeks. Qualified candidates who successfully complete the program will gain community networks, receive a letter of recommendation (LOR) and/or a reference which you may need to apply to Medical School, Residency, Fellowship or a job.
